Terms Policy United States

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fareuncle. By using our website and/or booking services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. In this agreement, "we," "us," and "our" mean Fareuncle, and "you" means the user. Our services may include the use of other third parties like airlines, hotels, and travel operators.

These Terms, together with other booking documents, emails and Supplier Terms, are your entire agreement with us and contain important provisions relating to limitation of liability and dispute resolution under US law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and be authorised to make the booking on behalf of yourself and other travellers. Furthermore, you represent and warrant that all information provided by you is accurate and true.

Booking

Your booking will only be made after receiving the total payment or a deposit together with full information of your travel and accepting these Terms and Conditions.

You should check all confirmations, invoices and itineraries and bring any discrepancies to our attention without delay. You must ensure that all travel information matches your official government-issued identity documents. Fareuncle acts only as an intermediary and is not liable in any way for supplier activities.

Payment & Fees

Your payments should always be made as per schedule. Nonpayment will result in cancellation, loss of deposit and fees. Any missed or declined payment will be treated as a cancellation.

Discounts or special offers may come with limitations such as minimum number of changes allowed and non-refundable amount. Our services are also non-refundable. Costs may be affected by exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or other changes in suppliers. If the increase occurs prior to ticketing, it is the responsibility of the passenger to cover the difference.

Accuracy of Information

Every effort will be made to provide accurate information, but errors may still occur. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and bookings before confirmation.

It is your responsibility to verify all booking details, including passenger names and travel dates. Incorrect details may result in denial of boarding and cancellation.

Cancellations & Changes

Policies vary between suppliers. All cancellations or changes must be made in writing. Reimbursement or credit is determined by supplier policy and may take some time.

Partially used tickets or bookings are subject to a 100% penalty which is generally non-refundable. In the event that the Supplier cancels or changes the booking, we will do our best to help but cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result.

Requirements for Travel and Insurance

You are solely responsible for all passport, visa and health requirements. Most destinations require a passport with at least six months validity beyond the dates of travel.

Travel insurance is highly recommended as it provides coverage against cancellation, emergencies and loss of baggage. We are not liable for any consequential loss if appropriate insurance is not obtained.

Supplier Terms and Conditions

All travel products are offered by suppliers independent of us. Supplier's terms, conditions, baggage rules, cancellations, or schedules apply to your travel arrangements. We are not responsible for the performance of supplier obligations.

Force Majeure

Disruptions arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, epidemic diseases, government orders and terrorist acts, do not make us liable.

Payments & Chargebacks

By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge you for our agreed services and to comply with our policy requirements. You agree to first notify us of any disputes and not to file improper chargebacks for any legitimate transactions or issues related to suppliers.

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided by us. We are not responsible for any trip interruption, delay, injury, illness or negligence of suppliers.

You agree to indemnify Fareuncle for all claims arising from your misuse of our Services or breach of these Terms.

Privacy & Disputes

We comply with all relevant United States privacy laws such as CCPA/CPRA. Your personal information is collected for booking purposes and may be disclosed to suppliers. You have the right to request access, correction and deletion as necessary.

All disputes must first be sent to us in writing. You agree to try to resolve the issue before initiating any legal proceedings.

Customer Support & Amendments

You can reach us at cs@fareuncle.com . Any complaints must be lodged within 15 days after finishing travel.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Your trip will be governed by the most current Terms on the date of booking.

Terms Policy Australia

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fareuncle. By using our website or making a travel reservation, you accept these terms and conditions. “You” refers to the customer, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fareuncle.

The Terms, together with the booking documents, email correspondence, and Supplier Terms, constitute your entire agreement with us. The terms include important items such as limitations of liability and dispute resolution procedures. If you do not accept these, you will not be permitted to use our Service.

Legal Capacity

By making a booking request, you declare that you have the capacity to form legal relations under Australian law, as well as the authority to act on behalf of all others involved in your booking. Furthermore, you declare that all your information is correct and complete.

Booking

Only after receipt of full details of the travelers, the required payment of the deposit or total amount, and your acceptance of these Terms, will a booking be considered to have been made by you.

Names and travel information have to be identical to government-issued identification. All services will be subject to the terms of the supplier, including airlines, hotels, and tours. Fareuncle is an intermediary only and is not liable for any actions, availability, or schedule changes made by suppliers.

Payment & Pricing

A deposit or payment is required upon booking, and the remaining payment must be received by the specified deadline. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking, loss of the deposit, and any additional charges. Refusal of payment will automatically constitute cancellation.

Reduced fares and other promotions come with their own limitations, which may include reduced changes allowed and any non-refundable amount. Changes will be charged.

Exchange rate variations, increased fuel surcharges, and any price changes by our supplier will affect the prices paid. All fees paid to Ferencal in respect of the Services and the Plan are non-refundable.

Accuracy of Information

Although we strive for accuracy, mistakes do happen. Fareuncle reserves the right to change prices and/or confirmation before final booking.

You are responsible for providing accurate names and dates. Incorrect information may result in fines, and boarding may be denied or even cancelled.

Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations must be made in writing. Fees will apply based on suppliers' policies. There may be a delay in receiving the refund, which must also be approved by the supplier. Partially used or unused tickets will not be refunded.

The Supplier may also cancel or modify your booking depending on certain conditions. We will do our best to help you, but we are not liable for any additional charges or damages.

Travel Requirements & Insurance

You are required to meet visa, passport and health requirements. Most countries require a passport that is valid for at least six months after your arrival.

Travel insurance is recommended and sometimes mandatory. You must obtain travel insurance that covers any unexpected cancellations, emergencies, lost luggage and delays. We are not responsible for any damages if you travel without insurance.

In case you have health problems, you must advise us beforehand. Some travels may require you to obtain medical clearance.

Supplier Conditions

All tours are organised by independent suppliers, each with their own terms and conditions. These terms include cancellation, refund policy, accessories and schedules. We are not liable for the supplier's performance and your personal effects.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government acts or strikes.

Payments and Chargebacks

When providing us with your payment information, you give us permission to deduct fees for the agreed services. We expect that you will consult with us regarding any dispute before submitting an erroneous chargeback claim. Any fraudulent transactions will be dealt with in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Liability Limitations

Your rights under Australian consumer law are not limited or changed. But we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by our services or third parties. We will defend ourselves if we are sued due to your improper use of our Website or your violation of these Terms.

Complaints & Disputes

We follow the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. We share your personal information with service providers for reservations, including international companies.

Disputes must first be discussed with us in writing. Travel complaints must be made within 28 days of travel.

Amendments

These terms are subject to change at any time. Your reservation will be based on the version that was in effect at the time of booking.
